LSP’s Vision is to be the specialist learning provider of choice for industry. Never compromising on quality and always putting the learner first.

We pride ourselves on having a strong connection to industry, our founders Simon and Mike come from Senior construction and automotive roles and saw the training that staff and apprentices undertook lacked in developing real skills for industry - from this need LSP was born!

Our Mission is to build high quality and innovative solutions for business by being close to industry, putting learner experience at the core and being a great place to work.

We work with private, public and third sector organisations to develop individuals to progress in their careers, develop their skills and transform their lives.
