Apprentice of the Month - December
To recognise the hard work of learners, our Tutors are nominating those who are doing exceptionally well throughout their apprenticeship to be awarded as our Apprentice of the Month.
Congratulations to Murat Halil for being awarded our Apprentice of the Month in December. Murat is currently completing his Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Standard with Ancaster and was nominated by his tutor Suzanne following his consistent hard work and commitment to successfully complete his qualification.
Murat’s tutor Suzanne said:
“Murat takes full responsibility for his role at Ancaster and the apprenticeship, he is very aware that in some areas such as data and reporting he has fantastic understanding as this is his job role but he also takes on board other people’s views and will work across teams to ensure everyone is focused on the jobs they have to achieve.”
“Murat is fully engaged in taking on new ideas and encouraging others to take on responsibilities. He is raising awareness by sharing best practice within the workshops with managers who attend which is underpinning the learning they are undertaking. In order to be able to cope with the workload Murat ensures he uploads his documents on the day of the workshop and researches the subjects he is going to tackle on the day of the professional discussion so he knows what he is going to be asked about.”
“Murat is using his own reflections to look at how he proceeds with his managers and recognises he now has to adopt all leadership styles to be able to fully communicate with his managers, which is recognising the diversity of his workforce.”
A big congratulations to Murat on winning our December Apprentice of the Month. Keep up the great work!
