Apprentice of the Month - June
To recognise the hard work of learners, our Tutors are nominating those who are doing exceptionally well throughout their apprenticeship to be awarded as our Apprentice of the Month.
Well done to Bobbi-Jo Tait who has been awarded as our Apprentice of the Month in June! Bobbi-Jo is currently completing her Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship with EDA - City Electrical Factors.

“After very rocky start, Bobbi-jo has started to make some very good progression, we have adapted how we teach and learn and then gather the evidence that will support her showcase for EPA, we have been able to support Bobbi with a laptop which has helped her be able to complete the CognAssist interventions and also use this to complete the tasks on Skills Forward, and do some research for her course.”
“Bobbi is happy that we have been able to support her with the use of a laptop and speaks highly of her team and her manager who are a constant support to her, she is very happy in her role.”
“Bobbi has had some time off ill, but she always contacts me and lets me now if there is an issue, she is very considerate.”
“During a recent appointment, Bobbi was ready to complete a discussion, she absolutely blew me away with her new found confidence and passion for her role, she had taken on additional responsibility and was making great progression with finding some products for a customer, it was fantastic to hear the passion in her voice.”
“Bobbi is now keen to make the progression we had hoped at the beginning of the course and is putting in time and effort on a daily basis, she is completing the tasks set timely and is always looking for ways to increase her knowledge in work, she is even able to recite item reference numbers now, this clearly made her happy that she could do this during her discussion to explain how much she has learned. Her passion was infectious!”
Congratulations Bobbi-Jo for being awarded as LSP’s Apprentice of the Month! It’s great to hear about the amazing commitment you have to progress and the fantastic growth of your confidence within your role.
