Apprentice of the Month - November

To recognise the hard work of learners, our Tutors are nominating those who are doing exceptionally well throughout their apprenticeship to be awarded as our Apprentice of the Month.

Well done to Calum Crawford who has been awarded as our Apprentice of the Month in November! Calum is currently completing his Level 2 Vehicle Sales apprenticeship with Danetre.

Calum’s Tutor, Damien said:

“Calum started his apprenticeship in July 2019. He was completely new to the industry and was employed as a trainee. In the last year and a half I have seen Calum develop at a fantastic rate, becoming one of the best sales people at the dealership.”

“Calum wants to be the best, and is working towards being top sales person. That is his current mission.”

“Calum is upbeat and positive and is a very likable character. He has a passion for the industry and doing well in his job role.”

“Calum has found his purpose after the dealership went through some big changes. The garage used to be Vauxhall and is now Danetre Used Car Centre. Calum has adapted to the changes amazingly well and is focused on their new way of working.”

“Calum has overcome many challenges since starting and had to apply for his own job role due to redundancy consultation. He was successful and now is no longer a trainee.”

“Calum takes responsibility for his learning and exceeding his targets. He has recently taken on more responsibility by completing finance applications and FCA paperwork.”

“Despite being furloughed and the recent second lockdown, Calum has remained engaged and is progressing well with his apprenticeship.”

Congratulations Calum. It has been a very hard time for car dealerships, but you have continued to remain focussed and engaged throughout your programme, well done!
