Why do you offer apprenticeships at JCT600?

At JCT600 we have many valued staff that started their career with us through an apprenticeship including both the founder and managing Director. Its a fantastic opportunity for us to find new talent in a varied and ever-expanding industry. Apprentices are motivated and keen to learn new skills so the return on investment is fantastic.

 

What do you think apprentice programmes bring to the team?

Apprentices bring new ideas and energy to the existing teams, It has given me an opportunity to build on my own coaching skills but also adds dynamics to the team and diversity. I’m excited to be a part of their journey with the company.

 

Would you recommend apprenticeships to other employers?

Yes absolutely! It’s a great way to introduce them to structured training whilst getting them hands on work experience. It helps us build talent from scratch and find our next superstar employees.
