Line Manager of the Month - August

Congratulations to our August Line Manager of the Month, Jade Normington.

Jade was nominated by her learner Hayley, who is currently completing her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship at Hull University.

Hayley said:

“Jade is a great manager who supports the whole team with clear instructions and practical deadlines. She encourages me to be adaptable and flexible to the business needs and has helped arrange job shadowing in different departments as well as informal chats with different department managers.”

“Jade has been supportive of my apprenticeship from day one and encourages me to keep working on my professional development. She attends my tutor sessions and finds new learning opportunities for me in the workplace. She is also supportive of whole team, regularly having one to one chats with each of us. My workplace in currently undergoing a restructure and Jade continues to look after the team’s well-being during what is a stressful process.”

“Jade has always pushed me to do my best, to keep learning and I have grown more and more confident under her leadership.”

“Our weekly team huddle always includes a shout out to the previous week’s achievements and Jade encourages all of us to celebrate our successes, large or small!”
