Line Manager of the Month - October

Congratulations to our October Line Manager of the Month, Annie Wolf.

Annie was nominated by LSP Support Coach, Katherine, for the commitment she shows towards the progression of Jeffrey who is currently completing his Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship with TrAC.

Katherine said:

“Annie is extremely hands on and involved within Jeffreys learning and his job role. She is committed to ensuring he is on track with the teaching and has attending all of his progress reviews without fail. She is extremely flexible within her approach and has been involved within the process from the start of his apprenticeship.”

“Annie is a pleasure to liaise with and ensures Jeffrey is on track within both elements of his apprenticeship. I feel as though Annie operates more than ethically and does not compromise on doing the right thing.”

“Annie always holds Jeffrey responsible for his own learning, whilst also making sure he has all of the tools and support he needs to excel within work and teaching.”

“Annie is extremely people centred and always puts Jeffreys professional and academic development at the top of her priority list. I feel as though Annie goes out of her way to ensure Jeffrey is supported and has made it clear to both myself and Jeff that she is available as support or to handle any concerns Jeff may have.”

“I feel as though Annie does inspire Jeff to grow as she encourages him to complete any and all training required both for work and LSP. An example of this is as follows; within our recent review Annie asked Jeff to complete his counterterrorism training and also encouraged him to message her when this was completed in order to challenge him and hold him accountable for this completion.”

“I feel as though Annie is passionate about what she does and takes pride within her work, in addition to not compromising on quality. Annie’s attendance for reviews is impeccable which is evidence for the pride she takes in her work, in addition to not compromising on quality by ensuring all the necessary paperwork from her side is completed.”
