At Learning Skills Partnership, we are proud to work with a team of extremely talented and dedicated individuals. Whilst all individually capable, in order to achieve our goals we often rely on help and support from our colleagues. Our LSP Peer Rewards is a great opportunity to say ‘thank you’.

Nominations are submitted throughout the year and rewards are awarded each quarter with each nominee receiving a £25 gift voucher.

January 2021 Winners

Joan

I would like to nominate Joan as she has helped support inherited learners to ensure they complete on time. Joan has worked incredibly hard throughout the year and has enhanced the learner journey for so many of our learners since commencing employment with LSP. Thank you Joan for being such a proactive member of the team.

Dylan

For taking the lead and delivering an amazing presentation. Dylan smashed the presentation out of the park and totally owned the meeting! It was a joy watching you!

Hersha

I would like to nominate Hersha as recently she willingly accepted the transfer of learners from another colleague to ensure they were able to complete on time. Thank you Hersha this was a great help to LSP, the Tutor as well as our learners.

Lucky

I would like to nominate Lucky as he has been so proactive with supporting all of his learners, clearing compliance, overstays and prioritising upcoming completions. Lucky is always willing to support other members of the team whether it be sharing resources, discussing suitable approaches to standards or stepping in last minute to support inherited learners to ensure they complete in a timely manner. Thank you for all your help and continued hard work Lucky.

Damien

Damien was kind enough to take a long journey to invigilate tests for my learner just before we finished for Christmas, not only was it a risk for him with the Covid virus spreading so widely, he also must have had a list of tasks that he wanted to close out before the break.

Dylan

Dylan has taken on additional responsibility after a colleague left the role. He has taken up these responsibilities without complaint. He has picked up numerous contacts which have resulted in positive outcomes. He has supported me and tutors by liaising effectively with employers, chasing paperwork. He has made very effective presentations to employers leading to new business. Very supportive, always willing to listen and to offer help despite taking on extra workload.

Bob

Instrumental in developing HNC curriculum. Proactive approach to completing a group of learners enabled early completion and opportunity for LSP to put forward the idea of progression to the company. Bob was instrumental in selling the idea to the learners and the employer. Add to this his work in driving through the BIM learners, liaison with awarding body has helped get this group of learners to at least glimpse the finishing line.

Tracy

Although only currently working two days a week, has taken the time out to meet with me and help me with various aspects of the Vehicle Sales and Sales Executive qualifications. She has looked through portfolios for me and given me some advice and guidance on collecting evidence and some suggestions to try with my learners. Her help has been invaluable to me.
