Support with producing a job description and advertising
We work with you to understand the role(s) you are looking to recruit for and then develop job descriptions in line with eligibility criteria, progression opportunities and responsibilities. We then advertise online with career platforms like GetMyFirstJob and the National Apprentice Service’s GOV.UK website to attract the right candidate.
Pro-active sourcing for candidates and pre-screening
We use multiple career portals to reach out to hundreds of candidates. We pre-screen in line with the eligibility for the role and the suitability of the candidate for the position.
Arranging interviews and running recruitment days
We manage the interview process in line with your preference. Our recruitment days consist of a number of activities which test the candidates suitability for the role and their ability to work in a team. For 1-1 interviews we will send the candidates CV to the line manager and arrange a suitable date and time.
Feedback to candidates and support through the offer process
We will request constructive feedback from the line manager for each unsuccessful candidate following the interview or assessment day, which will then be passed on. We will do our best to help any unsuccessful candidates to find alternative employment in their area. If a candidate is successful we will call them to offer the role and proceed to arrange a start date.
