Over the duration of the Apprenticeship there is one mandatory and one optional block release (2 ½ days each) at LSP’s offices.
There is an End-Point-Assessment for this apprenticeship. This is when the learner will demonstrate they have learnt the required knowledge, skills and behaviours. A RICS accredited counsellor is required to support the application.

The duration of this apprenticeship is typically 24 months.

Start Date
New cohorts commence every 3-4 months.

The apprenticeship will provide the necessary knowledge skills and behaviours for successful apprentices to become Associate members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS).
How much does the Surveying Technician Apprenticeship cost?
This programme costs £9,000 and is covered through a companies Apprenticeship Levy.
If the employer pays into the levy, the programme cost is fully covered through their levy contributions. For employers who do not pay into the levy, the payment structure is as follows:
Employers without a levy contribution will pay only 5% of the programme cost (£450) if the the apprentice is aged 22 or over.
Employers will receive full funding if the apprentice is aged 21 or under.
