Apprentice of the Month - April

To recognise the hard work of learners, our Tutors are nominating those who are doing exceptionally well throughout their apprenticeship to be awarded as our Apprentice of the Month.

Congratulations to Grace Ramnial who has been awarded as our Apprentice of the month in April!

Grace is thriving under the pressure and hard work that is currently being asked of her and all her NHS colleagues. An unprecedented time to be undertaking an apprenticeship anywhere, but even more so to be part of an incredible effort to deal with the Coronavirus pandemic.

Maintaining her standard of work throughout this busy time and keeping a positive outlook under trying circumstances is an achievement in itself.

Graces’ Tutor said:

“Grace works at the NHS and as everyone knows things have been very busy due to the coronavirus and Grace has had to deal with this change within the NHS and an increase in workload. But the way she has conducted herself with the apprenticeship is amazing and every time I set her work she has it done within a matter of days and the standard of the work is really good!”

“Grace is having a positive impact at the NHS and she is adjusting to life there especially as her shift patterns are changing which means having to work longer hours in the day.”

“Grace takes on any work that is set to her to do at the NHS and also balancing this with the apprenticeship she has shown that time management is something she is really good at.”

“Since I have taken over as the tutor I heard great things about Grace in regards to be engaged and this has continued since then and she has not let her standards drop one bit.”

A huge well done to Grace! We salute you, and your colleagues, for all your hard work.
