“I would love to nominate John for this months Apprentice of the of Month award. John has had a rough time lately at work with being under consultation and the uncertainties that this brings, but that has not deterred John from completing his apprenticeship. John has also had some difficulties completing his English Functional Skills, but he stuck with it, and used resources available to him to get though, we are now waiting his results. He is so motivated and determined to complete his apprenticeship, is really refreshing to see somebody who wants to continue at pace despite any challenges and difficulties".”
“John is constantly adapting to change when he has to move sites and working through snagging without complaint. He has also just attempted his functional skills English on a paper rather than online which is different to what he is used to.”
“John ensures that all customer defects are completed before handover, sometimes completing little jobs himself such as painting to ensure the hand over is seamless and timely.”
“John really cares about his role and ensures he does everything he can to keep the customers happy. He also really cares about his team, and does extra tasks at work to help when he can.”
“John is so motivated to complete. He’s had his fair share of challenges and frustrations over the last year but has continued to push through and always with a smile on his face. I am positive everybody could do with a bit of John’s attitude, the world would be a better place for it.”
“John works so hard on site and demonstrates his passion in everything he does. He takes so much pride in his work and is always so thrilled when he hands over successfully. He Is passionate and driven and never lets anything get in his way, however frustrating or testing.”
