Apprenticeship Progression - Ruby

Congratulations to Ruby Holderness for recently completing her Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship with JCT600 Audi in Hull. Ruby is now going on to complete the Audi Accreditation course to further advance her knowledge and progress within her role with JCT600. LSP wishes Ruby the best of luck in the future!

Ruby said:

“I feel the benefits of taking an apprenticeship is going straight into the working environment. I have learnt skills which I never had before and matured. I feel that learning alongside working has been an effective way of me gaining a qualification. I have enjoyed my apprenticeship route and wouldn’t have changed a thing.”

“Ruby has managed her time very well to prioritise the needs of the business plus complete her apprenticeship qualification, alongside tackling the Audi Accreditation within a short space of time. She works very well under pressure and is confident within her role, she has been and continues to be a pleasure to teach and work alongside. “I was happy to take on an apprentice as I believe the best way to learn is by doing the job. I find it also beneficial to train someone brand new to the trade because they learn the job exactly how the brand needs it to be carried out without bringing habits from other brands and dealerships.”
