Line Manager of the Month - August
To recognise the continuous encouragement provided by line managers, our learners and tutors are nominating those who are offering outstanding support to be in for a chance of being awarded as the Line Manager of the Month.
Congratulations to our August Line Manager of the Month, Paul Dalgliesh!
Paul was nominated by LSP Tutor, Lucky, for the amazing support he provides learner Ben, who is currently completing his Level 2 Trade Supplier programme with EDA Apprenticeships.

“Paul has been a great support system for Ben and understands that Ben is a young individual who does require support in some areas but also understands the balance as well in developing him sooner rather than later.”
“Paul makes sure to give Ben the right training and apprenticeship support that he needs to make sure he is on the right track and does not feel demotivated at any stage.”
