Apprentice of the Month - August
To recognise the hard work of learners, our Tutors are nominating those who are doing exceptionally well throughout their apprenticeship to be awarded as our Apprentice of the Month.
Well done to Joseph Oldham who has been awarded as our Apprentice of the Month in August! Joseph is currently completing his Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship with Snows Motor Group and was nominated by his tutor, Lucky.
Joseph’s Tutor, Lucky said:
“Joseph has made a fantastic start with his role at the Snows and has shown great motivation in learning new things in the business and applying this knowledge to his role and also his apprenticeship. He has also been completing other tasks in the business which has also given him more exposure to do more things and cover for staff who may not be around.”
“Joseph has shown that he does things the right way and even with his apprenticeship will not compromise on anything and will check with me first if he is not sure about anything or has any issues. Also, he has taken back feedback from our sessions without any issues and understands the reason behind my feedback.”
“Joseph has shown that he cares for all aspects of the organisation and when we have discussions regarding customer service and what he does in his role he knows how important it is for him to be presentable as he is the first person people will see when they enter the branch. One example of this was actually with myself as I was searching for a car and Joseph directed me to the website where the cars are available and what I need to do if I am interested in getting one.”
“Joseph has been in his role for only a few months, but he shows he wants to grow as he is very proactive in learning new things but also with his apprenticeship he wants to progress as quickly as he can.”
“Joseph is very motivated and since we have started the apprenticeship, he is very keen in getting work done and having more to do so that he can progress quickly which is great to see. Usually in this situation people would not ask for support and rush what they do but Joseph is very different and asks for support at all times if he is not sure about something.”
Congratulations Joseph for being awarded as LSP’s Apprentice of the Month. Well done for being so pro-active within your role. We can’t wait to see you progress throughout your career journey with Snows Motor Group!
