LSP Peer Rewards - August 2021

At Learning Skills Partnership, we are proud to work with a team of extremely talented and dedicated individuals. Whilst all individually capable, in order to achieve our goals we often rely on help and support from our colleagues. Our LSP Peer Rewards is a great opportunity to say ‘thank you’.

Nominations are submitted throughout the year and rewards are awarded each quarter with each nominee receiving a £25 gift voucher.

August 2021 Nominations

Eleanor

Though the difficult time of home working due to Covid 18 Eleanor has provided great administration support to me. She has embraced her job role and become very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of LSP office administration. I know through talking to other members of staff that they have experienced her support. Well deserved reward for all her hard work.

Karen

Has recently been a great support to me for Trade Supplier, allowing me to join her sessions and also providing me with some resources and guidance.

Andy Hamer

I feel that Andy has gone above and beyond the requirements as a manager over the last 10 months. While I was in hospital he phoned Sue up every evening, not only to find out how I was, but also how she was doing as well as being a sounding board for her to discuss things that she could not discuss with family etc. Since I came out of hospital Andy has been there, as both a sounding board for myself and a shoulder to lean on. In some respects, it is he who has seen me through these last few months and got me to where I am today. I can never thank him enough for what he has done, and I am proud that he is both my manager and friend.

For carrying out different roles throughout the last year - supporting the business where needed!

Lucky

For the support and guidance Lucky has provided. He has allowed me to shadow his sessions and given me practical advice to implement going forward. Thank you, Lucky.
