Line Manager of the Month - March
To recognise the continuous encouragement provided by line managers, our learners and tutors are nominating those who are offering outstanding support to be in for a chance of being awarded as the Line Manager of the Month.
Congratulations to our March Line Manager of the Month, Sarah Bardens!
Sarah was nominated by LSP Tutor, Chris, for her involvement with all Team Leader and Management learners at Motus Commercials. Sarah clearly goes above and beyond to ensure her learners get the most out of their programmes and is invested in maintaining an amazing partnership with the team at LSP.

“Sarah provided outstanding support in coordinating guest speakers that are supporting our groups. Sarah quickly negotiated diaries and supported the agreement of a timetable change to allow key employer guest speakers to support groups.”
“Sarah supported a range of learners that were initially struggling and has been in negotiation with line managers to support OTJ. In addition, Sarah has listened to concerns of those with high workloads and quickly communicated agreement at the very start of programmes where learners should probably not continue. She could have “pushed them through” but operated ethically in their best interest and saved potential leavers at a later stage in the programme.”
“Sarah initially and continuously supports company values, namely that “people are our greatest asset”, which ties in nicely with “We Care”. This was promoted at early stage of the programme and supported integration with lessons.”
“Sarah encouraged employer guest speakers from across the organisation to become involved, even the Managing Director, who will be guest speaking at an Ops Man L5 communication lecture during the programme.”
“Sarah continues to be a high-quality communicator and clearly passionate about the apprenticeship and learning throughout all her communication with LSP staff, students, and their immediate managers.”
