LSP Peer Rewards - April 2021
At Learning Skills Partnership, we are proud to work with a team of extremely talented and dedicated individuals. Whilst all individually capable, in order to achieve our goals we often rely on help and support from our colleagues. Our LSP Peer Rewards is a great opportunity to say ‘thank you’.
Nominations are submitted throughout the year and rewards are awarded each quarter with each nominee receiving a £25 gift voucher.
April 2021 Winners
Ann
Ann has gone above and beyond to support me recently. She put in place a support plan for me and seen it through. We have had several training sessions, now including a professional discussion on assessment methods and she has enabled me to shadow other tutors. I have learnt so much recently from her help and guidance and this has given me the tools to become better at my job.
Phil
When I urgently had to leave work to care for my mum, Phil stepped in without hesitation to invigilate Functional Skill exams on my behalf thus ensuring they did not have to be cancelled and could still take place within LSP offices.
Katie
Katie has been outstanding in her work on the new brand, website and digital marketing. She is always willing to help others and has gone over and above to ensure we hit the deadlines we have in place. Her contribution has meant we are already seeing huge changes in our brand interactions and customers mentioning that they have seen a positive change in our social media. Katie works with initiative, is creative and works to deadlines and is an overall lovely person to work with!
Karen
Always willing to help and go above and beyond. Karen recently helped me organise an SLC session, although it did not go ahead, it was a great help in time of need. She is a great support to me.
Dylan
Over the past couple of months I have really become aware of how Dylan’s work has changed. He has really managed the changes/ additional responsibilities well and is a credit to the LSP team.
Fiona
Fiona introduced me to the Adobe Acrobat ‘fill and sign’ function and the Snipping Tool App. She also delivered training on how to utilise both. I really appreciated the time spend and what I learnt will be extremely useful within my role. Fiona demonstrated great teamwork and went above the requirements of her role to support me. Thank you!
Sarah
Sarah has taken to her new job role really well. She makes a great addition to the Quality Team and is always on hand to help and answer any questions anyone may have. Sarah puts loads of time and effort into assisting all teams with the outcome/actions from the ESFA audit.
Simon M
When faced with the need to have working laptops for 6 AAT exams this month, Simon stepped in to bring me the sufficient laptops, testing them all, updating the software and ensuring all were working as needed to enable these to still go ahead on the day I returned to work. Without this assistance there would have been insufficient and the time needed that day would have thrown the schedule and timings out, threatened the success of the learners taking their test.
Hersha
Hersha has been kind enough to invigilate SLC assessments twice over the last few months where one of my learners has attended both times. This has been an enormous help to me as I have been really busy with achievers going through gateway and whilst she is also very busy, she has managed to find the time to support myself and others.
Lucky
Lucky has been supporting the Delivery Team with Trade Supplier and has been writing the delivery modules/content to give our learners a learning experience.
