Apprentice of the Month - March

To recognise the hard work of learners, our Tutors are nominating those who are doing exceptionally well throughout their apprenticeship to be awarded as our Apprentice of the Month.

Well done to Zara Adams who has been awarded as our Apprentice of the Month in March! Zara has been completing her Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship with Parts Alliance and was our first EPA learner to complete before her end date!

Zara’s Tutor, Lucky said:

“Zara has been affected greatly with Covid-19 in regard to her role she has been working nonstop since the whole pandemic started and also at the same time, she was starting the apprenticeship as well. She could have easily said that she did not want to do the apprenticeship but knew the benefits of gaining a qualification and building on her new skills.”

“Zara has been at Parts Alliance for a considerable amount of time and with changes within the business due to Covid-19 her role is more less the same with increased workload so she will continue with her role for the foreseeable future.”

“Even when things are busy for Zara, she always stays positive and is keen when we have our 1-2-1 sessions.”

“Zara wanted to gain more knowledge and skills regarding customer service and initially she was working towards the sales side of things, but this is no longer happening. However, she was in a position where she was managing two branches and taking all customer calls for a 2-month period.”

“Zara has a positive influence in the company and that has showed during the whole year especially at the peak of the pandemic.”

“As mentioned, Zara has now got an increased workload and she has shown what she is capable of time and time again and she will continue to do so.”

“Zara has been engaged throughout the whole period of the apprenticeship and as a matter of fact she finished just after the 366-day period and we were able to put her in early and is due to sit her EPA this month.”

Congratulations Zara for being awarded as LSP’s Apprentice of the Month. A huge well done for your amazing progress and determination despite having a very busy year with Covid and managing two branches!
