Apprentice of the Month - September
To recognise the hard work of learners, our Tutors are nominating those who are doing exceptionally well throughout their apprenticeship to be awarded as our Apprentice of the Month.
Well done to Luke Hartley who has been awarded as our Apprentice of the Month in September! Luke is currently completing his Level 2 Vehicle Sales apprenticeship with JCT600.
Luke’s Tutor, Damien said:
“Luke joined VW Van Centre in July 2019. He began his apprenticeship in October 2019. Luke inspired me during our last meeting, as he seems to have turned a corner and in August sold the most units in one month beating the site record. He sold 26 vans.”
“Luke seems focused on being the best salesperson he can be. He shared with me a series of email templates that he sends to customers after purchase, to promote additional products and services. He has been careful with the language and even colour of text in his emails to appeal psychologically to the customer.”
“Luke attends our meetings on time and always asks how I am, and we talk about interests outside work. He is personable and approachable and has a great sense of humour.”
“Luke has recently created more add on profit for the business than two other executives combined. His manager, Andy, spoke to me to tell me how impressed he was with Luke’s recent focus and determination.”
“Luke is setting himself up for a great future with the business, building relationships with customers.”
“Luke has taken responsibility for his own sales process, and off his own back has created methods and techniques to maximise his success.”
“Luke is engaged when we have our meetings and he wants to get things done. Every month he is one of the first to complete CognAssist and he is eager to make quick progress.”
Congratulations Luke for this amazing nomination. Well done for being so determined and eager to progress within your role and taking extra steps to maximise your success within the sales department!
