Line Manager of the Month - January

Congratulations to our January Line Manager of the Month, Ian!

Ian was nominated by LSP Tutor, Damien, for the commitment he shows towards the development of learner Cameron, who is currently completing his Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship with Edmundson’s.

Damien said:

“I have only had a couple of meetings so far with Cameron but Ian has been present on each one. He has been flexible to do this alongside his work.”

“I can already tell that Ian is massively supportive of Cameron’s success. Cameron is working towards L2 maths and Ian has even offered to help teach him maths, as it is one of his strong points.”

“During the teaching sessions, Ian often jumps in to add further knowledge, specific to his branch and industry, such as USP’s which we covered on the last session. This has been extremely useful to both myself and Cameron.”

“Ian has a plan for Cameron to succeed. He is working on building his confidence with customers.”

“Ian’s passion for his business is clear and infectious. I think Cameron is in an excellent position to learn from him and other colleagues.”
